About Us
OpenBook software development started in 2003 by resort owner Zack Paul and experienced software developer Dudley Chapman. Their goal was to develop a state-of-the-art comprehensive online hotel booking and property management system for hotels and resorts.
Prior to the launch of the product, Zack and Dudley invested thousands of hours into the research, testing and development of OpenBook. Software installations first began in smaller motels and after vigorous testing and upgrades, the software is now operating in hotels across North America.
